"Looks good, but the wait was annoying"
I ordered from memoky.com because some of the furniture looked really cool and a little different from what I was seeing everywhere else. The website was easy enough to use, so I figured it would be straightforward, but after I placed the order, the updates were seriously lacking. I ended up having to reach out myself just to find out what was going on with shipping, which got old fast.

When the item finally showed up, it was fine, but not as impressive as I expected for the price. The quality felt average, and the whole process just dragged more than I had patience for. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to order from them again...

"Looked nicer online"
I ordered this from Memoky because it looked really nice in the pictures, but once it showed up, it felt kind of cheap. The finish wasn’t great, and it just didn’t feel all that sturdy. For what it cost, I was expecting a bit better. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Nice options, but I had to double-check things"
Memoky does have some solid customization choices, especially with fabrics and colors, and I liked being able to narrow things down closer to what I actually wanted. I’m always a little skeptical when a site makes everything sound super effortless and perfect, but the options themselves were genuinely useful.

The site just wasn’t as clear as I hoped in a few spots, and I really would’ve liked more preview photos before choosing. It was a decent experience overall, but not quite as smooth as the company wording makes it seem...

"I’ve been trying to get an exchange..."
I’ve been trying to get an exchange sorted out, but it’s taking forever. Every time I contact support, the replies are vague and don’t really answer anything. It feels like there’s no real person there actually looking into it. I’m still waiting for a clear update

"Wrong table delivered, and support still hasn’t fixed it"
I ordered a specific table and waited quite a while for it to arrive, only to get a completely different one. The color wasn’t what I picked, and the size was off too, so it doesn’t even work for the space I bought it for. I contacted support expecting a simple fix, but the responses were slow and unhelpful. At this point, I’m really frustrated and feel like this needs to be escalated because I still don’t have the item I actually paid for...

"Color Was Not What I Expected"
I ordered a chair from Memoky the color looked totally different in person. Online it seemed like a warm beige, exactly what I wanted, but when it arrived, it was more of a dull grey. I know screens can make colors look a little different, but this wasn’t just a small variation. It really doesn’t match my room at all, which is super frustrating.

"Great once it’s together, but wow, assembly was rough"
I like the finished product, but putting it together was a total pain. The instructions made it look simple, and in some ways it was straightforward, but somehow it still took forever and got really frustrating. I wouldn’t say it’s impossible, just way harder than it should be...

"The chair looks decent and delivery went..."
The chair looks decent and delivery went fine, but after using it for a while, something just feels off. The seat is firm, and the back support doesn’t sit right for me. It’s okay for short periods, but I wouldn’t call it comfortable for long use. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot better

"Felt Like the Goalposts Kept Moving"
It just didn’t feel worth the money. The price already seemed high for what I ended up getting, and it kind of felt like the expectations kept changing along the way. Every time I thought I understood what was included, there was some new limit or extra cost. Frustrating overall.

"Not quite what I expected"
The item looked a lot nicer in the description than it did when it arrived. The size and finish just felt a bit off compared to what was shown in the listing. It’s not terrible, but I definitely expected better. Also, having to go through verification more than once during the process was annoying and made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Returning Was Such a Hassle!!!"
I tried to return something I bought from memoky.com, the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be!!! The replies were super slow, the instructions weren’t clear at all, and I had to keep chasing them just to figure out what was going on!!! Definitely not planning to order from them again!!!

"Kind of disappointed with the selection"
I don’t know, I just expected more from memoky.com. There were a few pieces I liked, but overall the styles and sizes felt really limited. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but it just didn’t give me that feeling like I’d actually find what I needed. I ended up checking other places instead.

"Issue got fixed, but it took way too long"
I had a problem with the service and, to be fair, they did eventually get it fixed. But it took a while, and the whole process was frustrating. On top of that, the terms seemed to change along the way, which didn’t help and made things feel a bit unfair. Glad it’s sorted now, but I wish it had been handled faster and more clearly.

"Didn’t match what was promised"
I ordered a table from Memoky because the listing made it look like it was really solid and high quality. Once it arrived, though, it didn’t feel like what was advertised. The material seemed cheaper in person, and the finish looked different from the photos online. I get that pictures can be a little flattering, but this felt like the description was promising one thing and the actual product was another. For the price, I expected a lot better and was disappointed.

I don’t know, the style just looks kind of cheap to me. Like, some parts are okay, but then it feels all over the place, and it doesn’t really come together. Maybe it’s just not my taste, but yeah, it gives off a messy vibe.

Memoky has some really nice stuff, but the website was a bit frustrating for me. Some pages loaded slowly, and the filters didn’t help as much as I expected. I felt like I had to click around way too much just to find basic details like size and delivery info. Anyway... I still like what they offer, but the shopping experience could definitely be smoother.

"Good item, but the shipping tested my patience"
I ordered from memoky.com and the actual item was totally fine, so no complaints there. But as someone who likes to plan things out and know when packages are coming, the shipping experience was frustrating. The tracking didn’t update for days, and I ended up having to email them just to figure out what was going on. It wasn’t a disaster, but the wait was annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date

“Errible Customer Service - unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct. Do not order from this company. Period. I placed my order and never received a shipping confirmation for a week. Called every phone number I could find, including the toll-free number on their website that lead me nowhere. I emailed several times with no response and even had to resort to their Facebook page and scribe direct messages and write on their wall to get a response. I received a call back from a gentleman that I later found out was the owner that the person handling my order "messed things up" and he's "cleaning up the mess" and would get me my shipping confirmation within 24 hours. I did not receive that either so I followed up again. I was also then contacted by a woman named Patty who essentially just pacified me and did not even coordinate with the owner on their communication with me. I received the order although it was not what was described in on the product description page, nor how it was identified in the URL. I still have the screenshot saved, and when I sent these to Jacob (the owner) and Patty I still did not receive a response. I then decided to go through the return process, in which when I submitted the return form a message prompted I would hear from a representative within 24-48 hours. I did not hear from anyone and had to follow up myself yet again. This is all documented in emails and call logs. They continued to fight me on charging me more money to correct my order despite being wrongly advertised on their site. I explained I had everything already documented and already called my credit card company to dispute as they have not even followed their own policies. Plus, because I had to resort to contacting them on their public Facebook page, I had other potential patrons contacting me asking if they should not buy from them b/c they saw my messages and other patrons sharing their alike frustrating experiences. When I explained this to Patty her response was "I know the owner just had a baby so he has a lot going on" Mind you, I was on my way to a doctors appointment for my own health issues. Personal problems like this should not be an excuse to treat other people so poorly. In the end, they wound up dong the right thing because of everything I explained above. However, it took over 6 weeks and nothing but my time and headaches to get my order corrected. Buyers beware.”
